Hy,
I use private content to explain my problem
Hello,
Please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.
Please read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/installation_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Here you may find latest versions of required plugins – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gzbjpp

Hy,
i reply using private content
thank you
Hello,
Did you make changes in template files? You need to transfer changes to a child theme to prevent losing them after lagenda update. Very likely that your problem relates these changes.
Also, it would be better make export theme options in file, before the update (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export Options).

thanks for your reply
You need to create the child theme and transfer into child theme all files which were changed, read more in documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/child_theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Custom css code, you need to add in style.css file of the child theme.
The export theme options, that I explained before, only can help you won’t lose “Theme Options” settings if something goes wrong in theme update prosses. Your version of theme is old, so some theme options you will need to set manually, after version update.
