Custom.css Not Working At All - by belinda

Hi

While waiting for you to get back to me about why the single product image will not resize, I have been trying to make other changes in the custom.css file.

I renamed it to custom.css and I enabled it in the Theme Options. No matter what code I put in there no changes are made. I have also noticed that I am unable to select a colour code for my header, menu top bar and footer. There seem to be a lot of options missing that I have seen as standard on theme options. My wide layout does not work and stays in boxed form. I put in some wide layout figures and it changed the product pages and category pages but it refuses to change the home page.

Some of the demo content didn’t import that I needed.

I may have to ask for a refund as this isn’t working the way it should and it is very time consuming trying to figure a problem that really shouldn’t exist.

Hello,

I do not see problem with custom css, for example, http://prntscr.com/h496l2 > http://prntscr.com/h496p8, but if you use child theme, it would be better to add your custom code in style.css file of your child theme.
Also, I do not see problems with Theme Options, for example, Site Layout > http://prntscr.com/h498f8 or http://prntscr.com/h498zp
