We purchased theme xstore, and me decided for demo – animals.. But when we want to change the image of backgroudn, it can’t be done. It can’t be replace or delete. It doesnt see it, when page is fully laoded – slider is on top, but when page laods, it can be seen.
We have a web shop, and it’s not nothing about animals, so we would like to replace these image. We like this theme, so we want to keep it. Just this image bugs us 🙂
Can you please help us?
Thank you

Hello,
thank you for you assistance and help. 🙂
Just have one more question, how can we translate our theme? We would to translate it to our language, exp. return to previous page, show, next page… that kind of stuff. If we translate it in code, will it stay, even after the next theme update?
Thank you.
Hello,
It was my pleasure 🙂
Please read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

Thank you, we are familiar with this plugin, we have use it before. We used it in some other program , and when the program – plugin was updated, the translate vanished, and we had to do it all over again. How can we prevent this from not happening here?
Thanks again.
Good day
Hello,
To prevent losing translation after theme update you need to place translation .po and .mo files into the /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder, also I would recommend you use Loco Translate plugin to theme translation.
Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file, after theme update. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed.
Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.
Regards
