Theme pages are not working and there is no way to change images on home page

we have bought the theme and now we are struggling with theme because visual editors not working and can not even change home page images.

please login to back admin and try to edit any page then you will see the problem.
we have already provided you the login details when submitted this ticket.

thank you for your response. we can not see this screen when we click edit with wpbkakery page editor. it shows screen blank and page do not open to edit.

do we need any special software on our laptop to enable this to work so we can edit pages?

Hello,

1) Try the Backend Visual Editor (Dashboard > Pages > edit page > http://prntscr.com/hgr1hz )

2) I tried Frontend VC editor and also don’t have problems http://prntscr.com/hgr06h What page are you trying to edit? Could you provide me maybe some video for better understanding? You don’t need any special software to edit pages.
