I have installed and uploaded the Classico theme to my wordpress. It is visible, but when I select it to use nothing happens and it just says ‘cant find file attachment’. All other themes in my dashboard work fine.

I didn’t rename the folder. You want my username and password?
I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still says ‘can’t find file attachment’.

Unfortunately, we can’t access your site, seems the access is restricted. Is there Firewall on a server that blocks access? Shall we provide our IP address to put it into whitelist on the server?

I don’t know about the firewall. To be honest, I’m pretty new to this and actually don’t understand anything you just said. Is it possible to get a refund? I might just use one of the free templates that I have because I just don’t know what the problem is or how to fix it or how to get help to fix it if you can’t access my site. Is there something else we can do?

Maybe you made any misprint or don’t know. We want to help you but we need correct access to check the files.
