Hello, I have downloaded Loco Translate plugin to translate things that are in English even in my template and I do not know how to change them. The problem is that I have more than a thousand strings to change. Is there any way to do it automatically?

Please read documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
You need to translate only the necessary strings, visible on the frontend.
There you may find all available translation files
