Hello
I import all my products for my shop via FTP so they come from the suppliers. I’m trying to get my shop images to be the same size (note NOT crop them) I have tried setting the size etc and it’s just not working. Is there a way to have my thumbs and the single iproduct image the one size. It seems to be the height that is cusing the problems. Please help as it’s making my site look very ugly
Hello,
Please read this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/ To change the size of the product images go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display > Image settings and don’t forget to regenerate thumbnails after changes(use Regenerate thumbnails plugin).
Also, for your Shop page you can enable masonry (Theme Options > E-Commerce > Product Page Layout) then product will appear one below another without gap.
Regards
Thank you I have already done that and still everything looks the same.
2nd note i don’t want the products to be one after the other
Hello,
The best solution is to use all the images in one size, I mean you need to choose the optimal size for your image and then use it for all the future images. For example instead of https://shop.johnspratt.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/0083E7C1-1600-1600.jpg image use https://shop.johnspratt.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/0083E7C1-1600-1600-1-edited.jpg or proportional.
I have added some CSS code to fix the situation on the grid and added min-height for your product image block but it would better to use normal images.
.content-product .product-content-image {
min-height: 300px;
display: -webkit-box;
display: -ms-flexbox;
display: flex;
-webkit-box-align: center;
-ms-flex-align: center;
align-items: center;
-webkit-box-pack: center;
-ms-flex-pack: center;
justify-content: center;
}

Hi I’m not sure what you mean, how do i get images like that
Hello,
Use the graphics editor (Photoshop or any other you prefer) and make all the images in one size. Edit images before uploading them to your Media Gallery to get the nice and aligned grid.

Thanks but that’s going to take some time I have over 2k products. You added some css code (above) this is working for now but it’s not on mobile it was massive gaps between each product. Any help there. If you go to site on mobile and click shop you will see
Hello,
I see. Ok. Add also the following code for the mobile devices
@media screen and (max-width: 480px){
.content-product .product-content-image {
min-height: 200px !important;
}
}

Hello
Both are empty but still showing
Hello,
1. Please add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css > Custom css for mobile:
.mobile-menu-wrapper .links {
display: none;
}
to hide this http://prntscr.com/i3ujez
2. All your footer column areas are empty?
Regards
Hi
I still want the menu option I just want to change the “newsletter” to my account.
Yes all the pre footer is empty but there is still a block there.

Sorted now the password should work
Hello,
Check the mobile menu now. You have My account link only. Also, I have removed the content from the widget area below the products. Do you have any other questions?
Regards
That’s great thank you very much but you have removed my static block not the pre footer section. I need the blocks kept there as they had info on them. It’s the black area under them and before my copyright that needs removed.
Hello,
Oh, I see. But that area is not prefooter, it’s footer. I have removed all the widgets from the footer widget area and now you have only banners and copyrights.
Regards
That’s great thank you very much.
