    Hello,

Theme license is not related to hosting that you use, it’s related to the domain. So, if you did not change the domain then there is no any problem with your license. How to move your WP you can read here https://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress or contact your new hosting provider to get help with this, we are theme support and don’t have deals with general WP questions. So, feel free to ask any questions about theme options, I’ll be glad to help you.

    Regards

    Hello,

Deactivate theme on the domain where you don’t plan to use it anymore http://prntscr.com/hp7kt5 And try to activate it on the new domain after that. If you still have the problem, let me know.

You need to enable WP debug or check the server error logs to find out what causes this error and fix it.
Are you trying to activate Revolution slider like a plugin or trying to register your copy of Revolution slider?

Hello, I activated the theme. But I have a problem with the Slider Revolution plugin. When I try to activate it, WordPress fire the following exception.

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/wpcom-140119654/wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/revslider-front.class.php’ (include_path=’/:.’) in /wpcom-140119654/wp-content/plugins/revslider/revslider.php on line 82

    What shall I do?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Try to re-upload slider files https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ via FTP or provide us wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

    Hi.

WordPress.com don’t give us FTP account. You can find the WP-admin login info in the private content.

    Thanks a lot

    Hello,

You need to contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
    – post_max_size to 64M;
    – upload_max_filesize to 64M

and ask them about credentials to FTP.
    Read more – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

I have contacted WordPress.com support team. They have a very restrictive policy regarding FTP and max sizes. Both post_max_size and upload_max_filesize are set to 16MB and no way to increase it. What other solutions you could have?!

    Thanks

    Hello,

Please ask about FTP access also, and provide it in Private Content, so we could re-upload Slider Revolution plugin files via FTP.

    Hello,

I’ve deleted and re-installed Slider plugin via admin panel. Seems because of changing size to 16MB, the plugin activated correctly now. Please check.

    Hi,

I know I bothered you a lot these couple of days. But there is something not working well in the menus. The Top menu only shows the first item of the menu. Even I made three menus to test, I got the same result on each one.

Also, I have the same problem with the Vertical secondary menu. Where it does not reflect the changes I made to it.

This issue also appears in the products. Where many of products don’t show the final data I put in the control panel. Please check the private content.

    Hello,

Try to disable object cache. Let me know about results.
If you can’t save the menu options likely you reached limit http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit. Try to increase PHP max input vars limit to 8000 or 10000.

Sorry for the many things that I am asking for it. But this is my first time to deal with a very restrict hosting like this. My website in Arabic and I have the po and mo file. They are working just fine on my local machine. On the local machine I putted them on wp-content/languages/themes. But I don’t have access to this folder right now. I tried to add the files to xstore/languages and xstore-child/languages but with no luck. What other solutions you could have.

Thanks very much for you help. Really, I appreciate you continues support.

    Hello,

    We get the following http://prntscr.com/hrcrtl
Anyway, if you want to translate theme you need to place translation files into wp-content/languages folder because if you place the translation files into theme folder you’ll lose them after the next theme update.
If you can’t upload previously translated files into wp-content/languages folder then use Loco Translate plugin and translate theme from the scratch.

I don’t have access to wp-content/languages. I am planning to put the languages in the child theme. How could I do it?

    Hello,

Translation does not work in this way. Theme translation files should be placed in wp-content/languages folder or in the languages folder of parent theme if you translate parent theme. Child theme languages folder should contain translation only child theme files. You can read more about theme translations here https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/functionality/localization/
