Product image not displaying on position

    Hi there,

    Im just configuring products and in product page images are not displaying well. I need you help to solve this. I attached example images.

    Hi!
    check following this URL https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
    then check your site did you plugin any third party URL which is not listed here
    if it is have please disable and try

    Hello,

    First images that you provided is broken and I don’t see the correct example that you want.
    On the second screenshot you have disabled the image gallery carousel (Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > Enable slider for gallery thumbnails) and don’t see any other problems. Provide me also link to your product for better understanding.

    Hello,

    The problem caused by WooCommerce Variation Master plugin, try to disable it. We’ve checked the situation with default woocommerce theme – Storefront and even with this theme, the gallery doesn’t work correctly http://prntscr.com/hqxd3c.

    Hi thanks for your reply.

    There is a way for you to fix the theme to work with that plugin? The Variation Master developer, said us that is a theme problem :s. So we don’t know what to do :(.

    Hello,

    1) Take a look how the plugin works with default theme https://gyazo.com/1e09dcada4f8cd5e9d2ceedaab3f321b Is it normal? We don’t see any additional images
    2) Our theme uses custom carousel for the gallery images (swiper slider) if you use third party plugin to create the additional gallery for every variation then either plugin or theme should be customized to work together. You may contact plugin author to ask if they can adapt plugin for the theme gallery. If you prefer to customize the theme then contact customization team WPKraken because support team is unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy.

    Hi

    Is there any a variation plugin that you could recommend to use with your Xstore theme?. The plugin must permit use different gallery for each variation.

    Hello,

    There are many plugins that offer this option but we did not test them with our theme. I suppose that if plugin works with product gallery you will need additional customization to make it work as slider in our theme no matter what plugin you will use.
