    Hi there, planning to install this Screets Live Chat Plugin onto this theme, some questions:

    1) Is the dashboard monitoring the chat via the WP Admin Panel?

    2) The chat is being hosted on the same server as the theme is, correct? Not on a 3rd party chat hosting, right?

    3) Is there a Mobile App available for the Screets Live chat so I can see incoming chat messages on my phone 24/7? When I’m not at my computer logged in that is.

    Let me know. Thanks!

    Hello,

    1) Yes.
    2) Chat uses the Google Firebase and you need to follow plugin documentation to create account there https://screets.com/chat/night-bird/docs
    3) As I know there is no any mobile apps, unfortunately. But you may contact plugin author to get more detailed information about this https://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-live-chat-plugin/3952877

    If you are looking for chat with the mobile app you may draw your attention to https://www.intercom.com/ We use it for support of XStore and Royal theme and like this. But it’s not a free extension.

    Regards

    What you think about this Live Chat service: https://www.tawk.to

    Unlike intercom.com, tawk.to is 100% free, and they also provide WP Plugin and Mobile App.
    The only catch is the chat window, it the bottom right corner will say “Powered by tawk.to”. To remove that and have it under my brand, there’s a fee.

    So the only drawback of using Screets is there’s no Mobile App, correct? Otherwise, everything else seems to be Free if I use Screets and sign up for their night-bird account?

    Hey, I like to add on this minor issue I’ve just discovered, if you don’t mind.

    See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/i0jdmb
    The dotted box is perfect with this length and height

    But when I go to a single product page, the height of the dotted box appears taller?
    See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/i0jdpi – Please provide Custom CSS so that the height of this dotted box remains the same how it is in the first screenshot.

    Thanks!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Sorry, one more issue:

    I’m using the Bullet list in the text editor box: https://prnt.sc/i0joe6

    But the bullets are not displaying on the published page: https://prnt.sc/i0jogl

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    1. We did not test https://www.tawk.to with our theme.
    If you want to get more detailed information about Screets it would be better to contact plugin author.
    2. Please add this code in style.css file of child theme or in Theme Options > Custom css:

    .single-product .header .menu-social-icons li {
        margin-bottom: 0px;
    }

    3.

    .single-product .tab-content-inner li {
        list-style: initial;
        margin-left: 15px;
    }

    Regards
