Can’t make infinite scroll work correctly.
Can you verify if there is something wrong the configuration of the plugin

Yes, settings are incorrect. Follow theme documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/
