    Hello,

If I inspect your site I see a lot of errors in console http://prntscr.com/i768f9

What PHP version did you use on the old server?
Provide us server error logs, please.

    Regards

P.S. We realized that these errors appear not just on the Theme Options page but even while editing simple page and even with default WordPress theme http://prntscr.com/i769as

So, fix this and let me know if you still have a problem with theme options after that.

    Regards

    Hi Olga,

thank you for the advice! I think I found the problem. It’s about moving from non-SSL to SSL. I disabled it and now the installation and also the databse migration works.
How I realize it? I bought this theme multiple times and an other project it works with SSL of course. But I enabled SSL there just 1-2 months ago and after(!) the install procedure. Updating theme and core works also fine there.
So I disabled SSL on my current project and now everything is fine too. So I think I could enable SSL again and there will be no problems anymore.

So now I have a new more or less stupid question: After the successful install procedure I explore within the options this beautiful export/import function. So I disabled the theme on the final server and want to reactivate the theme on my test domain. But it doesn’t work.
Message: You have reached activation number limit. Theme activation for the final server works.

I thought I could activate and reactivate the theme how often I want it. To make a long story short: It would be great if I could (re)activate the theme on my test domain to export all theme options.

    Thanks for your patience!

    Hello,

Please provide your purchase code in Private Content and we will change the limit for you.
Please, note that 1 license can be used for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only, please read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

Absolutely clear, Rose! I keep it in mind.
    1 theme > 1 purchase code > 1 end product ONLY
I bought this theme 3 times so of course I have 3 purchase codes.

Yeah, thank you! I remember about this limitation! I will keep that in mind too. So, please apologize my stupid question!
