    Hi there,

In the single product page we find the following:

    1. Gallery seems to be an image behind when viewing the array of product photos in the gallery. ie. When you click the image to look at it in the main view, it shows the image afterwards.

1.a. We did use a ‘Twist’ plugin which works better but then includes the product image as well as the gallery images which throws everything out of line because the product images are all portrait and gallery is all landscape.

    2. When you click on the main image to enlarge it in the lightbox, it then does show the product image with the gallery images, so maybe there is some coding somewhere which is ignoring that portrait product image from the gallery but is having an effect with the synchronising between seeing what you are clicking in the gallery (before expanding the lightbox).

    Hello,

    The wp-admin credentials are incorrect.
WooCommerce 3.3 has some major issues – just check the plugin page, so much so that it isn’t available anymore at this time. You need to downgrade woocommerce to 3.2.6 version. Also, before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.

It would be better to update parent theme to latest version -https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/classico/#theme_installation_and_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/classico/ to avoid problems with old files.
You will lose only changes in theme files if you made them in parent theme files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

After downgrade woocommerce and theme update, please contact us one more time if you face any problem.

    Regards

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. I will have to look into this but the gallery issue has been there from the start.

I have posted the details again for WP login. Not sure whey they didn’t work as should be fine.

    Thanks,

    Simon

    Hello,

Thanks for the screenshot. The slider works fine on my test site with latest theme version. I would recommend you check the problem 1) with parent theme activated on your site, 2) with default WC theme – Storefront. Also, try to disable all 3-rd plugins > clear cache and check then.

    Regards

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. This may sound like a silly question, but only the child theme shows as active on the site. Do I need to activate the parent theme as well? But surely this would replace the child theme? Not sure what the best setup with the themes should be regarding parent and child.

    Thanks,

    Simon

    Hello,

The parent theme and child theme are 2 different themes that work like couple. Please read more about child theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Only widgets may change positions after changes the activated theme on site, but you may set them back in Appearance > Widgets.

    Regards
