When you go to edit a page, product or post, it just brings up a blank white screen. Any ideas on a fix for this? Please check the site and let me know whats wrong or help fix this.
Hello,
Please check if the same issue persists only with our theme or with a default theme too.
Also, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.
Regards
Just did this as you stated and looks like it was the main woocommerce plugin that knocked out the ability to edit pages, posts and products. When I activate that plugin alone, the ability goes away completely. Thoughts on a fix or why this would be happening?
Without that plugin, we can’t sell products. With, we can’t edit anything….
Hello,
If you found out that the problem relates to woocommerce plugin, you need to contact support of the plugin about this.
Regards
Now I’m pissed. Are you intentionally not supporting my issue and wasting my time? Found this comment on themeforest………

Is this compatible with Woocommerce 3.3.1 – 2018-02-06?

Hello,
Thanks for the comment.
Version 3.3 does not support Woocommerce 3.3.1, but our developers are working on the theme update. New theme version will be fully compatible with latest WC version.

I would highly recommend you look at my situation, instead of passively brushing this off, or its likely I will low rate and contact your HR.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply and sorry for the inconvenience that you faced. Because of I had asked you to check the problem with the default theme, I misunderstand your reply about that WC case the problem. In case, if the problem persists even with default WC theme – Storefront, the problem relates to WC plugin. But if the problem occurs only with our theme activated on your site, you correctly found reason of it – http://prntscr.com/idiw2t
Please note that before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
Regards
