I just recently bought the Legenda theme but its asking for the Visual composer plugin to be updated and I can’t seem to update it from the wordpress backend. Please help on how I can update the plugin. thanks
Hello,
To update the plugin you need download the theme archive at http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906 where we’ve recently included the updated versions of plugins VC.
After you unzip the archive you’ll find the plugins in legenda/framework/plugins directory. Upload the new version via FTP and remove the old one.

Hi Robert, thanks for reply. It seems that I didn’t update the theme properly. All’s good now with the plugin. Thanks again!
Ok, am back again. Sorry I didn’t notice this before but the settings page for the Visual Composer is asking for a License key in order to update it. As the plugin I have from the updated Legenda theme (v.2.4.1), is version 4.3.1 and the updated version is already 4.3.4
Thanks for the help

Hello, I bought your theme legenda for WordPress 4.0, but I can not install the Visual Composer (4.3.4) plugin included in the package. As soon I active the plugin, site disappears and shows an error message from the server. With other plugins I had no problem … Could help me? thanks

Hello,
We recently uploaded the Royal 8theme to our website and along with it bought the upgraded version (4.3.4) of the Visual Composer plugin, however, when the Visual Composer plugin is activated our website content does not display for public view. Please let us know how to fix this problem.

Hi again, I just notice a reminder in my backend that says:
“Hola! Please activate your copy of Visual Composer to receive automatic updates.”
Do I just let you know if there’s an update and you’ll just update it from my backend then?
Thanks
Hello,
All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated. The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

Robert Hall.
