Issues with latest XStore update - by Debbie

Hi, I have a few issues that were caused after the last update:

1) my pagination on the shop pages appears as a bulleted list. I have already followed the steps provided in the forum by adjusting the settings in the inifite scroll plugin (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/).

2) the thumbnail images in my shop pages look like they are oversized now. the images do not fit inside the image container like they did before the update.

3) on the homepage, my main image under the menu bar (not a slider) just a row background image first loads smaller than the page width and after 2 seconds it covers the space like it is supposed to.

Hi,

I couldn’t able to re-create these 3 issues on your website you shared, I suppose it is due to the cache, can you try clear the cache and see that fixes the issues.

Hi,

I have already cleared the cache and tried multiple computers.

1) The thumbnails on shop page should show entire gun and not cut off image. You don’t have to recreate this. You can just see it. See here https://store.kwausa.com/product-category/product-type/rifles/. Look at how the rifles are cut off on left and right side of image.

2) look at pagination at bottom of shop pages. I turned off pagination at top of shop because it looked so ugly. See https://store.kwausa.com/shop/ look at bottom of page for pagination.

3) homepage. Main image of first gun called Ronin. Upon loading page the rifle image appears smaller than the full width, after two seconds it stretches and covers full width.

Hi,

1. Can you try recreate the thumbnails using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ make sure the image sizes are correct in Appearance -> Customize -> Woocommerce. In the new update woocommerce moved their settings to customizer, maybe that cause some issue with the image sizes, I suppose.

The store product image issue was solved with the solution you provided. It looks like the new WC version defaulted to a square image instead of a 4:3 image.

The other two issues issues still remain.

Hello,

1. What browser do you use when see the pagination issue? Can you try another browser or PC?

3. It’s not theme issue, it’s how Visual Composer works. Row is not full width while loading script. If you don’t like this try to speed up the site, then script will be loaded faster and you won’t see this effect. Provide contact plugin author, maybe they have any other solutions for your but I’m not sure.
