Header Search & Cart Options Not Displaying

Hi there,

I have selected Search and Cart to show in header in theme options (Royal theme) but they are not displaying. I have cleared cache and tried incognito but still no joy.
Top links (sign etc) are showing fine.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Please activate parent theme and check header to be sure that the problem doesn’t relate to your changes in child theme.

Hi Rose,

This did fix the problem (thanks) but the strange thing is I’ve not yet made any changes in the child theme.

How do I find out what’s causing it?

Hello,

Unfortunately, I can’t connect to FTP https://prnt.sc/iipy7a, but via admin panel, I can see that your child theme has php files of header http://prntscr.com/iipyum, so likely you edit these files.

Hi Rose,

That usually happens if you’re not connecting via SFTP (FTP doesn’t work).

O.K – Thanks for that. I’ll look into it and come back here either way.
