8theme layout options are missing - by RemcoF

    I want to remove the sidebar on the checkout page and couldn’t find an easy solution. After a while I noticed the 8theme layout options were missing on every page in the backend editor. How can I restore this? When I checked another Xstore theme (running webshop) there the layout options also were missing.

    Hello,

    Please make sure that Custom Metaboxes and Fields for WordPress plugin is activated on your site.
    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content?
