Theme is not activated when hosting server change but domain is unchanged.

Hello,

Our domain is https://www.oohnoo.com/. After change my hosting server, theme action key ( Private Content ) is not working. It return ‘You have reached activation number limit.’ Here is screenshot https://prnt.sc/ikvmmx

From Envato’s documentation: https://envatohosted.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000996333-Theme-Requires-Registration-or-Activation-to-use-Demo-Import-or-Updates hope a way to reactivate theme in my website. I just purchage your theme last couple of day.

Hello,

Please try to activate theme now.
Note that you may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
