Registration allows a new record without any info or incomplete info entered

Hi. Looks like I can sign up without actually entering in information or with incomplete or inaccurate information. Any idea why this is happening? I would expect some validation necessary fields like username, email and password. but there is no valiation anywhere. Is this a mistake?

Hello,

As I see you have 2 theme folders in Appearance > Themes, but you shouldn’t create multiple folders and just overwrite old files with the new ones.
Please reupdate the theme.
