Hello,

We’ve sent wp-instagram-widget.php file to your registration emails.
You need to replace this file in xstore/framework/widgets/ folder via FTP.

Hello,

Wp-admin credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
If you use the latest version of woocommerce plugins (3.3.3) the theme needs to be updated also – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process.
On your screenshot, I see another site, that you provided in the first message. What versions of WC and xstore are using there? Could you provide correct wp-admin access to both sites?

You use the Instagram widget http://prntscr.com/itv1xz that shows images in the grid and this is correct behavior for the widget. If you want to have the slider, you need to create a static block with the Instagram element inside and add this block in Prefooter widget area. Please check http://prntscr.com/itv4zg > http://prntscr.com/itv567 > http://prntscr.com/itv5dy
