Problem with Mega Menù and Revolution Slider

Hi, I have a problem with “Revolution Slider” on mobile. When I close the mega menu secondary on pages where there is a slide the page is “cut”. Scrolling downwards resolves.
How come this mistake? The problem is in the submenu. When in the menu you go to the submenu and go back to the site it makes that problem that I have previously mentioned in the video

How can I solve?

I do not see a video or screenshots of the problem. Could you please provide them?
Also, please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content area.

Please update WPBakery Page Builder, Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/. If the problem won’t be solved, please provide temporary FTP access in Private Content.

No, unfortunately even updating the plugins the problem is not solved.
Send ftp accesses in pvt
