Woocommerce problem - by mothpre - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi Eva
since this update, it has effected my store, some of my products aren’t showing up and working correctly, in the admin it says i have 5 published products but only two will display. I have contacted woocommerce and they said i need to contact my theme author. I have read through your forums and made sure that the framework/options.php file is correct. So I am at a loss on what else to do. Here is my system report. I will also include my log in creds in the private content. I’m facing same issues after updating WooCommerce to 2.2.6 version. Old templates found. Can you kindly investigate this matter, please?

I updated according to the documentation like it was explained in the video. However it did not solve my problem. My products still haven’t come back. In the admin area, it show i have 5 products but only displays two. I have searched for other possible solutions to the problem but cant seem to get this to work for me again. Any ideas on what else i could try doing?

No I did not modify any of the theme files.
