Cant update existing or make new menu - by amoss

Xstore Theme will not allow me to update menus or add new menus. No additional plugins other then these that came with the theme are added. I have also tried reinstalling the theme but still doesn’t help.

Do you have any errors in the console on Menus page?
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content?
