Blank Search Results - by anthonyazera - on WordPress WooCommerce support

We are having an issue with the search on Xtheme returning blank results. For example, this search https://www.guitarmania.co.uk/?s=boss&post_type=product&product_cat=0 – searching for the word boss – if I search on wordpress back end or when a different theme is installed it only returns 43 results, yet xtheme says 98 results, and the first few pages of the search results are blank.

Hello,

Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins?

Yes with all plugins disabled (except those installed by xstore) it still produces the same issue.

Please update the theme to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting the update process.

Hello,

I’ve disabled “Search by sku” in Theme Options > General > Header settings. Please chek now.
The problem occurred because there are “boss” in product titles and in SKU.
