Problems with Slider Revolution - by Rodrigo

Hello Rose,

I have a problem here in the Slider Revolution part, I updated it with the latest version and now I’m encountering the following error:

Why is this happening? How can I fix this?

Another detail that I noticed is that access to my WordPress was much slower after this last update.

Hello,

The error message you’re receiving is usually caused by double jQuery library inclusion on your Website or a conflict with a 3rd party plugin.

Hello,

Please try to disable all 3rd party plugins, also check if the problem persists with parent theme and default theme.

Hello Rose,

I did as I said but I still have the same problem, I deactivated all the plugins and left only the Slider Revolution, but broke the theme due to needing the WPBakery Page Builder, then I activated the Bakery and even then the Slider did not work, it presents the same error .

I activated the parent theme and without success only with these two active plugins.

Problem was caused by old version of the theme that you used. We have updated theme and everything works fine. Check now.
