Hello team,
When I open product category page (http://luxus-leuchter.de/produkt-kategorie/glassarm/) I see only one (most recent) product. I tried everything I could, I deleted the category, deleted the products, added more categories to products. Nothing seems working for me. Can you please help?

Have you tried to disable all 3rd-party plugins?

1. I haven’t tried to Activate parent theme as I am worried that my custom settings will be reset. How can I do it with preserving the settings?
2. Yes I tried to disable other plugins. Didn’t help.

Your settings won’t be lost after changing the active theme on site, but you can export theme options to file via Theme Options > Import/Export > Import or Export your theme configuration. Some widgets may change positions, so I would recommend you check where every widget is placed in Appearance > Widgets or you may open widgets in a new browser tab, before the parent theme activation, to be able to compare widgets position after changing the active theme to child theme back.

O.K. I activated parent theme and the issue is still there. What else can I do?
Please check if the same problems persist only with our theme or with a default theme too (WC theme – Storefront).

Here is the access:
We need FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password). Ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials.

Hello, sorry for another reply, but I got an email today morning, that there is a new update of Classico theme. As I can see, there is a lot of fixes, so it is probably good to update. Therefore my question is: Is there also fix for my problem included? Can I safely update theme, or would it be needed to do that fix via FTP access again?

The fix was included in this update, but we would recommend you to create backup of your files and database before starting update process.
