Variations on frontend don't load - by Jojogali

Hi,

I have multiple products that use attributes as variations and I’m facing a frontend issue at the moment.

My products are birthday candles, so I have both color and number as an option. I noticed that while adding it in the backend it often got stuck creating the variations, but refreshing always did the trick and I thought it was only related to the fact that I was creating 50 variations or more each time.

But on the frontend if I pick a color and then a number it always freezes and is stuck in the loading process. I checked my console and this is what I found:

Hello,

Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins?
Please provide us with your site URL so we can take a closer look.

I did, I turned all plugins off, except for WooCommerce and the problem presisted.

Please check the details bellow (we are currently under maintenance).

Hello,

Please check if this works in the same way with the default WC theme (Storefront).
In case, the problem occurs with our theme only, provide us with temporary FTP access.

Hi again,

With the default WC theme the problem doesn’t exist. Everything works fine.
I’ll now provide you with temporary cPanel access, if that’s OK. We have some issues with FTP account creation atm. This way you’ll have access to all areas.
