Hi Eva,

First of all, to download the screenshots in dropbox you must click on the Download button at the right-top corner corner and then click on download as zip.

Issue 1: Please remove the white gap after the revolution slider and also at the end of the page.

Issue 2: The website works well only in Safari. In chrome the images do not load properly just after the Info Box. In Firefox it is worst. In internet explorer, it leaves a gap between the videos.

Please test the website in different browsers to see the difference.

Issue 1: I want the white gap between the two sections to be removed.

Issue 2: I want to know why the website does not load correctly in different browsers; only on Safari it loads perfectly well.

Hello,

I’ve added the following code to custom.css in VC editor of the Home page to fix the space issue under the slider:
```
.wpb_content_element {
    margin-bottom: 0px !important;
}
```
To remove other gaps you need check rows of each element and edit padding or margin values as they are causing spaces between elements:

I’ve checked your site in Firefox and Safari and haven’t found a difference.
Are you checking in Windows Safari or MAC OS?

Hi Eva,

Finally, its only on Google chrome that the website has that image loading problem.

If you test the website on Google Chrome, you will notice that there is a problem on proper image apparition just after the section ‘BOUNDLESS ASPIRATIONS…UNLIMITED PERSPECTIVES’ where there is also the circular info box. There are 6 sections containing images after that mentioned section which do not load properly.

However, if I change tab and come again to the website tab in the chrome browser then the images appear correctly. But as soon as I scroll down again the same problem begins. The videos are loading properly, its only the images that have this particular issue.

Moreover, the website is not responsive, as it should be, on mobiles. I have tested it on iPhone 5/5s using safari and chrome. The texts, images and videos do not appear correctly.

(Please note that all browsers are all up to date)

Hello,

We’re very sorry for a long delay.
White space problem is caused by too large paddings for the video section. We’ve corrected them and spaces are gone now.
Also we’ve been investigating the problem of background display for sections and can’t understand what is causing the bug with the parallax effect on your site. This option is added in our theme with the help of additional plugin Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. We’ve activated a default theme and the bug persists there too. So this is related to the plugin work. We’d recommend you to contact this plugin support team for the solution.

Thanks you for your support. Please find below a list of issues we notice on our site on different browsers.

FIREFOX
1. White space between section 3 and 4.
2. White space between section 7 and 8.
3. Unwanted spacing in footer.

1. All images after the section 4 “Boundless aspiration Unlimited perspectives”, do not load properly. The problem is still persisting.

Hello,

White space after video sections is caused by a large padding-bottom value.
The problems with parallax are being discussed with the plugin support currently. They provided us with some solution but it didn’t work. So we are continuing a conversation with them.

if you google “Chrome bug with fixed background” you will find many people reporting the same.

The workaround for this is quick. Simply change fixed background to “Move with the content” (scroll) Further – you can apply parallax to it and make it even more beautiful.

We’ve make some changes to the site layout to avoid the Visual Composer Plugin conflict.
We have a little problem. There is a grey band at the end of the last section. (please see image link : http://imgur.com/CtwtqHY).

Can the band be remove? We will be glad if you could help us to solve this issue.

We have change all fixed backgrounds to “Move with the content” (scroll). But there are some issues still persisting. There unwanted white spacing between section 6-7 and 7-8. We have adjust the padding but the issue still persisting. Is it the videos which is causing the issue?

We’ve removed the space at the bottom of the page.
You have a large padding value at the bottom:

There is not enough width for the video to add such padding value. You need remove it or your video should be higher.

Hi Eva,

We have increase the size of our videos to 1500×833 the page display well without any white spacing between the videos. But when reducing our browser size or when displaying the website on a laptop, we are having the white spacing issues.

PLEASE REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE SINCE THE CLIENT REALLY WANT VIDEOS ON THE WEB SITE.
