WooCommerce Plugin Compatibility Issue - by budapresst

WooCommerce has a plugin (WooCommerce Additional Variation Images) that allows image galleries to be assigned to variations. Here’s the plugin page: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-additional-variation-images

The plugin doesn’t work with your theme. The gallery thumbs appear as giant images in a vertical column under the featured image on top of the page (big z-index value).

I need some help to get this plugin to be compatible by disabling whatever js is conflicting. I don’t mind creating an entirely customized variable.php woocommerce template, but the conflict appears to be deeper within the guts of the theme and not related to the template file at all.

Hello,

Our theme uses custom carousel that’s why if you want to use an additional plugin for the image gallery theme or plugin should be additionally customized.
If you need help with customization you may contact WPKraken team.

hi , have you sorted out this compatibility issue ? I would like to use the same plugin for variation galleries but at the same time would like to keep nice xstore carousel and product single page customization options 🙂

Hello Krzysztof,

You can enable the Variation gallery option in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements. After that edit product and add the gallery images for your variations – https://prnt.sc/xhomle

I’m familiar with this functionality but unfortunately this is not a solution for me.
