I have a surprise today wen i open a website of my client and have in the top a big logo name ROOT that have a link to a page of hosting services.

My client call to me this morning, this is not good if continue happening.
The question is: How another logo appear in my website (Idstore) and have a link for a hosting (Link: http://www.root.lu ) ???

Have some code or code line in the tamplate of theme forest or IDSTORE that call this programation to appear in my online shop?

Hello,

We don’t have any code in the theme that may cause such issue. Perhaps some third-party plugin was the reason.

Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t know a plugin name. You should check logs on a server for the date when you had that problem. You can contact your host and ask them to check error/access logs.
