Hello,

I’m having problems with Really Simple Captcha, it’s been generating error logs since I bought the theme, but I’ve never been able to report it, but this is a problem since getting this error report every week and having to keep deleting this log every week is really boring.

How can I fix this problem?

Hello,

We’ve fixed the problem.
Please let us know within 2-3 days if any errors appear. Files should be deleted automatically from themes/woopress/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp excerpt files of current day and .htaccess.

Hello Rose,

What were the changes made?

I would like to know if any changes were made to the child theme so that I could update the files in place so that there would be no change losses later.

Or if it was not done in the child theme where the correction was made?

And I did not quite understand what I mean by the file snippets that will be deleted from the current day and from .htaccess, I was a bit confused, could you explain me better please?

Hello,

Changes were done in woopress/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php
https://prnt.sc/kafawd
In result of fixing the problem, old files will be deleted from the tmp folder and you won’t face previous PHP Warnings.

I noticed that even after the changes / correction I get the problem with the error log still, see below the log registered after the corrections made:

We have added some changes in files of your parent theme. Please delete the error log and let us know if some errors will appear within next few days.
Also, I would recommend you to contact us after the next theme update.

Okay, I’ll delete the error log file, but a question, will this next issue update fix this problem?

Or will you need to always correct in the parent theme what you did?

What did you necessarily change / modify in the parent theme files?

It is a bit strange problem that can’t be fixed via the child theme. I’ve sent the report to our developers and hope this will be fixed in next theme update.
