Hello,
I am trying to use the LayerSlider on the new update on our website but am encountering this error.
LayerSlider WP: old jQuery issue
It looks like you are using an old version (1.11.0) of the jQuery library. LayerSlider requires at least version 1.7.2 or newer. If you are using the WordPress version of LayerSlider, you can try out the “jQuery Updater” plugin from the WP plugin depository. If you don’t know what to do, you can write us a private message from our CodeCanyon profile page. We need a temporary WP admin account (or a temporary FTP account in some cases) to solve this issue.
See Private Content for FTP logo.
Also, there is a search error in the footer of all our product pages (http://wickedwickerfurnitures.com/products-page/accessories/). Is there a way to fix this issue?
Thanks,
Susan
Hello,

Hi Eva,
The site did not fix the error.
Please use the logo to get into our wp-admin.
Can you tell me the fix for the error we are getting on our product pages please? http://wickedwickerfurnitures.com/products-page/accessories/
It says “No products match your search” when we have not searched and just simply landed on the products page.
Thanks,
Susan
Hello,
I’ve deactivated WooCommerce plugin and now page looks well. Check it.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Thanks Robert. That fixed the issue but now when I place the LayerSlider onto my homepage I am getting an error that says:
LayerSlider: jQuery Transit issue
It looks like one of your other plugins also uses jQuery Transit and loads an extra copy of this library which can cause issues. Please navigate on your WordPress admin area to edit this slider and enable the “Put JS includes to body” option in your Global Settings under the Troubleshooting section.
I’ve got to enable the “put JS includes to body” option but that doesn’t fix the issue.
Can you help me with this please?
Thanks,
Susan
I also posted this issue but could this be related to how Woocommerce was disabled?
Hello,
Could you please clarify where you see that error?
I can’t find it on the Home page.
What plugin are you going to use Woocommerce or WP-eCommerce?
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,
I’ve taken the LayerSlider off of the homepage right now since it generates the error when I put the slider into the homepage. Currently, it uses a static image in the place of the slider.
Can it be the WP-eCommerce that is generating the error as well? The plugin seems to work on Blanco version 1.6 and doesn’t generate the product error I see on http://wickedwickerfurnitures.com/products-page/bedroom/. However, I started noticing it after the WooCommerce was turned off. We will not be selling any products online as of yet so any plugin that works for this theme for the future would be fine with us.
Thanks,
Susan

Hello,
I’ve reupdated theme files.
Please check the site now.
Thank you.

Hi Eva,
The product names have disappeared from the products page (http://wickedwickerfurnitures.com/products-page/living-room/). Can you put that back please?
Also, I had originally removed the price and shipping info from the single product page (http://wickedwickerfurnitures.com/products-page/living-room/black-water-hyacinth-room-divider/). Can you remove that again please? Also, is there a way to remove the product code.
Thanks,
Susan
Hello,
I’ve enabled Product name option in Blanco – Theme Settings > Product Page box.
Add this code into custom.css file to remove main info from a single product page:
#product-page .product-shop .main-info {
display: none !important;
}
To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css via FTP in wp-content/themes/blanco directory and enable it in Blanco – Theme Settings, tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
