Visual Composer not found when creating Static Block

Hi, i’m following the walkthrough to creating footer.

But when i try to add a new static block, the visual composer is not available.

Thus i can’t continue.

Please advise

Hello,

Please go to Settings > Visual Composer and select Content Types where you want Visual Composer editor to be displayed.
