Good afternoon.
Another problem…
I use the “products” option of woopress theme to show my products (using a carousel).
Well, I do not know what happens, that when I look the web as a user, the products doesn’t appear.
When I’m logged in to work with my wordpress I see them

But when I look at my page as a user not logged in, they do not appear:

please, help me
Hello,
I do not see the problem http://prntscr.com/l9y755 Please clear cache and check one more time. Make sure that version of your browser is not very old. Try to check the page using different browsers.
Regards
The problem is not solved.
We don’t know what type of computer you are viewing the page, but we have tested on 4 different computers, and 4 mobile phones, and we did not see the product carousel.
Neither do we visualize the red color of the links to the products that are in your picture.
In addition, the arrows have disappeared in the mobile of the products carousel, and the miniatures of the variations in the products are disconfigurated again, which cost us so much to configure (you can see our history of conversations with you)
This has disappeared since the woocommerce 3.5.0 update, because it has corrupted the Child-Theme and the changes that you made in it, have been lost.
We hope you resolve the problem of incompatibility with Woocommerce for seeing the carrousels products and the red colour in products’ links.
And we think that most probably is that we have to reconfigure everything again (arrows in carrousels mobile and miniatures in variation products)
When will be already the new version of Woopress theme?

Hello,
You can update the theme to 4.5 version that is fully compatible with WC 3.5.0.
Then provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
