    Hi.

Can you give me information or tell me where can I find it about what happened with the woocommerce 3.5 update?

When I bought Woopress theme (a year ago) I had created a child-theme about which you were making a lot of modifications (the arrows on the mobile, the related products) …

And I week ago, when updating woocommerce, WordPress informed me that my child-theme was corrupt and that many of the changes would have been lost …

I informed my Hosting about what happened, and now they are trying to solve the problem.

And now I read in the forum that someone asks when you are going to get the new version of the theme for woocommerce …

Does that mean that I will have to make a new child-theme and that we will have to do all the modifications again ???

    Hello,

    1) We released 4.5 update for the WooPress theme that is compatible with the WC 3.5. So, we would recommend you to update parent theme.
    2) Everything depends on changes that were made in child theme files. If you used the old WooCommerce code and old WC functions that were changed/removed after the 3.5 update, you will need to check the files of our parent theme and add all the necessary changes to the child theme files that you re-wrote.
It does not mean that you need to create child theme from scratch but probably you need to fix some moments to be up to date.

    Regards
