Hello,

On checking the logs, I see that the PHP is exceeding the maximum execution time due to which i am facing issues on a website related to slowness and connectivity to databases.

when i contact server side, they inform me to check with my theme and get scripts optimized after which i should not face the issue any more.

so please do that and solve my problem as soon as possible.

Hello,

When I’m trying to check your site I see the error related to your DB http://prntscr.com/lkcl47 Please, fix it and then reply back and provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
