Site is still slow, this is not what I ordered

Hi,

My site is still very slow. Is there already an solution?
When I check my Google Analytics stats I can see my costumers leaving my site because of the slow and long page loading times. I ordered this theme because it was nice and it should be fast but it takes between the 8 and 12 sec. to load a page. This is not what I want. Is there an solution or can I get my money back because I can’t work with this theme. I also checked it with my host and there is nothing wrong with the host so the problem should be in the theme.

Mate, I tried to view your site, but it’s not up.

I had the same issue. There’s a ton of things you can do to speed it up.

First, are you on a shared host? That slows things down a lot.

Second, have you set up browser and image caching? That will help too.

Third, have you set up a woocommerce store? If you have lots of products with lots of attributes, this will slow things down.

Out of the box, the theme isn’t that slow…however, I had the same problem, but fixed it with a dedicated host, caching and some tweaks to woocommerce.

Hello,

I am not happy either!

My site won’t even load now, it has been extremely slow, and now wont even load!

Please can someone look at this for me, and have a refund because it is not on.

Slow down sharpe_22. I have the theme too…works fine. I’m guessing there some other issues. Most likely conflicting plugins. Don’t blame the theme quite yet.
