Hello,

We have been experiencing slow loading time when browsing our website since the beginning. We spoke to our hosting provider and they have informed us that it the websites coding.

Can you please check this.

Hello,

We’ve already had such discussion on our forum.
We’ve improved our theme as much as we could. And we have already emphasized if someone of our customers has experience in development and has proposals concerning changes in the theme (we mean only specific changes in the code in particular files, rather than general phrases like “Reduce CSS File” etc), we are asking to declare them here or contact us via the contact form https://www.8theme.com/contact-us/
If the recommended changes are effective and reduce time load of the theme, you will receive financial compensation.

I understand that but i’m not a developer and I can not find that solution to make the theme faster and receive a financial compensation. But I purchased your theme and the theme is not good enough because it’s to slow and I’m losing customers from it. Sow i purchased a theme that’s not fast enough for this time of the internet. Is there a possibility that I can change the slow Legenda theme for a faster theme of eight theme? Because i can’t sell anything when the site is this slow.
