Screets live chat plugin not included - by Syed Ali

Hi, I bought this theme and it is mentioned in documentation that screets live chat plugin is added with theme but in dashboard, it isnt working. Please help
Also, Mailchimp is not supported with this PHP version, the theme is old, why havent you updated it yet?
