One of our products is not showing any details – no images, description etc.

I duplicated the product, then the info showed on the original and duplicate. I then unpublished one and the other stopped showing info.

    The product is https://torq-e.com/shop/refurbished-torq-e-boards/refurbished-tq-6/

I have purged all Caches, not sure what to do next.

It seems really strange. If I have one particular product in the same category, the product doesn’t show properly;y, but If I take the other product out of that category, it works fine. Or I can put an extra product in the category and it works fine.

I have deleted the original category, created a new one and added the appropriate products to it, but it is still having the same issue.

Is “Hide out of stock items from related products” option enabled in Theme Options > Single Product page? Try to disable the option and then check.

If this doesn’t solve the problem. Provide temporary wp-admin access and re-create the problem on the Single product page, so I can take a closer look.
