I’m attempting to install WMPL onto my wordpress woocommerce site and every time I attempt to install the plugin, it crashes the entire site and I have to delete the mutlilanguage plugin via the backend FTP of my website..

Supposedly XStore is compatible with WMPL so I’m confused as to why this is happening.

    Hello,

    1) WP user has limited permissions and we can’t check the plugins to enable/disable it and check Theme Options http://prntscr.com/mqvz1h . Please, change the user permissions to allow us to check these options.

    2) What is FTP host? If we use your domain we get the error
    Status: Connecting to teamsondevuk.com…
    Error: Authentication failed.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
So, please provide the FTP host and make sure that SFTP access works ok before reply.

    Regards

That’s odd… I’ve updated the permissions for that user, see private content for sftp login

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

SFTP still does not work. We tried both root and ShoppingFeed user. Either user or pass is incorrect.
    Error: Authentication failed.

Hi — Sorry about that I had to remove it manually and didnt put it back up. It’s there now for activation. I have both the Multilingual CMS and the WooCommerce multilingual plugin ready to be activated.

Nevermind. I was able to disable multisite for some time to get access to plugins. I found that your problem is not related to theme but to WPML plugin and server settings because once you enable WPML you get the fatal error https://prnt.sc/mr843h
Try this solution https://wpml.org/ru/errata/php-7-possible-issues-simplexml/ If it does not help then contact WPML plugin support because we can help you only with issues related strictly to our theme files.
