I encounter a problem with the display of the related produc in the product page ; It loads, but the products are never shown ..
Could you help me please

Hello,

Try to disable 3rd party plugins and check if one of plugins causes the problem.

On your site, I can see this error https://prnt.sc/mqbl3p Try to disable Stripe plugin, if the problem will be solved, you need to set correct settings for the plugin.

and thank you for this answer … even if that’s annoying gbecause of Stripe is the solution for me to accept that people pay by card :/

And the thing is that i also use Xstore in an other website , also with Stripe, but there it works (https://bellemme.com/produit/sac-rond-albertine) … do you know why ? Do you know any alternative solution to Stripe or this problem ?

Try to compare settings of Stripe plugin on both sites. Make sure that settings of the plugin are correct on leshopdescoquettes.fr

Hello,

I suppose you just need to get SSL if you want to use Stripe because you have “Uncaught IntegrationError: Live Stripe.js integrations must use HTTPS”. HTTPS is Stripe system requirement https://stripe.com/docs/security .

Till this happened you can just disable Stripe because it won’t work in the right way.
