Hello,

Theme Options > Header > Top bar > Enable top bar > On, set desired Top bar background and enable Enable top panel there. Make sure you add widgets in the appropriate area in Appearance > Widgets.
If this doesn’t work correctly, provide temporary wp-admin access so I can take a closer look at your settings.

Hi Rose, Have checked the boxes but there is still a transparent gap, plus can’t seem to see anything in the widgets too, although there is a top panel widget with nothing in it. Hope you could help please. Credentials are in the private content area.

I do not see this problem on your site. Make sure all cache was cleared, try to check the page in a new incognito window.
