    Hello,

    Thanks for being our customer. Please, try to edit this red bar in your Static Blocks>>Prefooter static block. Make sure you have the static blocks enabled in WPBakery Page Builder >>Role Manager>>Post Types enabled

    I can seem to be able even to to let WPBakery to select the My Template Options
    they all set to None

    Hello,

    As I can see, “Prefooter electron01” static block can be edited without any problem – http://prntscr.com/n8xrda

    I would recommend to disable Gutenberg editor – https://prnt.sc/lz8vl1 , WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) more advanced.
