Hello,

1) Please describe the problem in more details with screenshots. You can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot https://prnt.sc/
Also, provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access.

Could you tell me in more details what option you can’t set? We tried bg for example http://prntscr.com/njlvl6 and don’t see problem http://prntscr.com/njlw39

What browser do you use? Try another browser.
Maybe you have some browser extensions that block that option.
