I have gotten proffessional help with trying to get speed up with your theme, but its horribly slow still.
wpengine says i need to talk to you the develpoer. I cant live with the speed i am experiencing
please help

Try disabling plugins one by one and check the speed of the site.
Also update your browser and clean the cache.

wpengine says woocommerce uses 26 seconds.
when updating to newer version of woocommerce, i get 404 pages on products.
Do you have opertunity to have a look at it?

Please try to resave settings for permalinks in wp-admin panel > Settings > Permalinks.
If this doesn’t help please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials.

WHEN I updated to latest woo I got it, then I removed the update by going back to a backup point in wpengine.
Site slow, this is the main issue.
updating woo is needed also, but cannot be done without complications

We’ve improved our theme as much as we could. And we have already emphasized if someone of our customers has experience in development and has proposals concerning changes in the theme (we mean only specific changes in the code in particular files, rather than general phrases like “Reduce CSS File” etc), we are asking to declare them here or contact us via the contact form https://www.8theme.com/contact-us/
If the recommended changes are effective and reduce time load of the theme, you will receive financial compensation.
