Problems with parallax menu - by leo - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I need to do the parallax effect with the menu, but it does not work for two things:
The soft effect does not work for me.
And I do not have left from the beginning, which is where the slide revolutions, which is the “home”

Please describe problems in more details with screenshots, for better understanding what exactly was done but doesn’t work.
