Hello, I notice that the custom css area of the theme appears in white and it is impossible to add custom code. Can you correct this? Please, thank you.

    Hello,

Redux Framework – a plugin that enables the Theme Options module.
On your site – http://prntscr.com/nv8vii , so you need to solve these errors.
Also, try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear all cache and check if you still have the problem. Once you find out which plugin causes the issue, disable that plugin at all or contact the support of the plugin.

    Regards

    Hello,

We can’t reproduce this issue on our test installation. Provide FTP access to your site to check the problem in more details.
