    Hi,

I noticed that the mobile viewport features 2 product columns in the default home page layout. (See screenshot@private link) I wasn’t able to find the option to reconfigure that behaviour:
    a) number of products displayed at mobile viewport
    b) number of columns displayed at mobile viewport
and in the theme panel. In my case I need 2 products to be displayed; one product per column -> 2 lines total.

    How to change that?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

As you are using slider for the products on the Home page, it can’t be done to make only 1 column. You need select Grid type in Products element of VC editor.

    Thank you.

Thanks again for your quick response.

The rendered desktop view is just fine. I need the mobile view to be rendered as described before.

I can’t find that topic within the provided documentation.

    Did I miss something?

In case I didn’t: Please be more specific about the grid type of product elements regarding desktop/mobile port view.

    Best regards

    Hello,

Sorry, but if you want to use products slider on desktop version and grid type on mobile you can only select “Number of items on phones” in Products element settings when Slider type is chosen.
Set 1 number to show. And on a mobile device only one featured product will be shown.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

I noticed that the “New” sticker is missing when using the grid element. How to fix this?

    Best regards

    Hello,

As the products are shown like posts, New icon can’t be displayed.
Sorry, but there is no such options Posts Grid element in VC editor.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

thanks for the quick response. Should I replace the grid element with another element to achieve previously outlined requirements then? / How to solve that problem?

    Best regards

    Hello,

You can use Products element in Visual Composer editor in this case.
